This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the callback form on this website.
Who is responsible for your details
Ian Heating Services, 45 Waltho Street, Wolverhampton WV6 0EU. Ian runs the business himself, and you can contact him on 07931 920662.
What the form collects
Your name, phone number and postcode, what you need help with and a description of the job. Ian uses them to ring you back about your enquiry and to arrange and carry out the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else handles them
The form is sent to Ian as an email, with a short text message to his mobile so he sees it sooner. The website is hosted by Vercel, the email is delivered by Resend and the text by Twilio. Before the form sends, Cloudflare Turnstile uses technical details from your browser to check that a person is filling it in. Turnstile can't see what you type into the form. These companies process your details only to run this site and deliver the messages. Your details are not sold or used for marketing.
How long they are kept
Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted after 12 months. Where Ian does work for you, the job records, including gas safety records and certificates, are kept for 6 years, which is what tax law and manufacturer warranties require.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies or use analytics. The spam check on the form runs on Cloudflare's servers.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details Ian holds about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how they are used. Ring Ian on 07931 920662 to ask. If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
