Bathrooms fitted from the pipework up

Ian fits bathrooms across Wolverhampton and the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire: the plumbing, the suite, the shower, the heated towel rail and the electrical work for the shower, extractor fan and lighting. Because he is Gas Safe and NICEIC registered, one person does the lot and certifies it.

One trade, not three.

A bathroom refit usually means a plumber, an electrician and someone to tile. Ian does the first two and the heating, so there is one person to ring and one bill.

How it works

From the visit to the finished room

  1. Visit

Ian measures the room, checks the water pressure and the wiring, and talks through what you want.

  2. Quote

A written quote for the work. Ian can supply the suite, or fit one you have already chosen and bought.

  3. The work

Strip out, pipework, first-fix electrics, the suite, tiling, second-fix electrics, decorating and testing. A full bathroom typically takes 7 to 10 days.

  4. Handover

Everything run and tested, and the electrical certificate issued.

Also

Wet rooms, en suites and downstairs toilets

Adding an en suite or a downstairs toilet is mostly pipework and drainage, which is the part Ian does. He will say early whether the waste can be run where you want it.

For anyone finding the bath hard to get into, a level-access shower or wet room removes the step. The floor has to be right for it, and Ian checks that first.
